“He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.” Acts 14:17
Pulzus (Pulse) defines itself as a Christian innovational platform. It aims to share the gospel according to the rhythm and lifestyle of people of the 21st century. We believe Christian life isn’t just about the past, God lives, leads and affects us in our modern and advanced world.
Pulzus raised donations for the Ukrainian refugee situation that was supposed to be given further for aid transportation to Ukraine. As donations were not needed anymore for this purpose, Pulzus found a new way of sharing them. We prayed for the situation and thought it would be a good idea to support families in a personal way. This way we can make personal contacts. We decided to meet personally the families that come in contact with us, spend quality time with them, support them, talk to them about what Pulzus is doing.
Thanks to the donations that arrived for the Ukrainian refugees, in partnership with Heltai Folk Center and Tree of Life Association we started a Baby Club. Ukrainian refugee mothers and their 0-3 aged children are meeting every Monday and Wednesday morning at Clinicilor 18. The club can be attended by local mothers and their children as well for networking. The first activity of the Ukrainian Brothers Fun Club is an after school for 5-9 aged children which functions currently at In between lakes Reformed Church. The mothers meeting there formulated the need to do something for the little ones as well. The coordinator of the Baby Club is Viktoriia Liskevych, Valeria Mihaela Covalciuc translates.
Thanks to photographer Eszter Orbán for the initiative and to Jugendverband "Entschieden für Christus" - EC, Romániai CE Szövetség /CE Union Romania, Re:Geni bible study group and the individuals who donated through us. We will be back with further reports about supported families!
